Laboratories Register

Pursuant to Section 119 of the Environmental Management and Coordination Act No. 8 of 1999 on procedures for laboratory analysis of samples, the National Environment Management Authority hereby recognizes the laboratories and authorized signatories listed as having adequate capacity and competence to carry out functions shown against them for the purpose of compliance to EMCA and regulations thereunder. 

 Please note that the indicated signatories are the only ones authorized to sign the reports originating from the respective laboratories.
