Establishment

In order to enhance environmental Law research and increase competence in Litigation of Environmental matters, NEMA has partnered with the Kenya National Council for Law Reporting and the National Environmental Tribunal to avail the legal precedents on environmental law in soft. This will strengthen the stake holder capacity and competence as Environmental practitioners can access environmental information from this site. The Environment and Land Law reports is an initiative aimed at establishment of a perpetual and self-running system of monitoring and reporting case law on environmental and land issues.
